  • Greeters at Main entrance:  2 volunteer's

    • Greet attendees
    • Hand out SS08 booklets?
    • Direct Traffic
  • Door Guard at Express Entrance: 1 volunteer

    • Check Badges - Only VIP's, Media, Speakers and Staff allowed
  • VIP's / Media Table
    • Media Liaison: 1 volunteer
      • Greet and Guide Media
    • VIP Liaison: 1 volunteer
      • Greet and Guide VIPs / Speakers
  • General Admission:

    • A-G: 2 volunteers
    • H-P: 2 volunteers
    • Q-Z: 2 volunteers
  • Help Desk: 2 volunteers
    • Help answer general questions
    • Help register attendees that are not on printed lists
  • Walk-ins (Box office): 1 volunteer
